Returned products must be in their original condition. We are unable to cover the shipping costs to receive your return or ship out an exchange. Sale items are non-refundable.

Qualifying items purchased from Germantown Bicycle Supply that are unused and in the undamaged, unopened and original packaging may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items can be returned within 30 days upon receipt. For baby registry customers, we allow returns up to 60 days from the event date. Items must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging. Once we receive the item we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued as payment for all gift returns.
