Return and Refund Policies

Returns or exchanges for items purchased from Bloc are handled by each individual Shop. Bloc cannot refund delivery charges unless a delivery error occurred. Please reach out to our amazing customer support for more information.

Northwest

Wild Hand 

Returned products must be in their original condition. We are unable to cover the shipping costs to receive your return or ship out an exchange. Sale items are non-refundable. 

If you would like to make a return or exchange please contact us at orders@wild-hand.com and we will issue you a return code. 

If what you received is not what you ordered please send us an email at orders@wild-hand.com within 7 days of receiving your package and we will happily correct the error and pay for the shipping costs to make things right. 

Germantown Bicycle Supply 

Qualifying items purchased from Germantown Bicycle Supply that are unused and in the undamaged, unopened and original packaging may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.  No cash refunds.  Qualifying items exclude bicycles, helmets and any installed grips, handlebar tape or saddles.    

The Bone Appetite

The Bone Appetite are no longer accepting returns but will accept exchanges or store credit. The Bone Appetite will not accept exchanges or returns on opened food items including treats or used toys.

Returns 

Items can be returned within 30 days upon receipt. At this time we will issue store credit only. A return can be made by downloading and printing our return form, filling it out, and sending/bringing it to our store with your item. Items must be in new, undamaged condition with original packaging. Once we receive the item we will issue a Gift Certificate to the address on the order which can be used online or in our brick and mortar store. 

Exchanges 

To exchange an item, download our returns and exchange form. Fill it out with the reason for the exchange and the item(s) you would like to purchase. We will send the item to the address indicated on the form. If we do have the item in stock we will notify you via email and telephone giving you the option for store credit or another item. 

Defective Items 

If your items are defected or damaged you need to contact the manufacturer. We can help you get in touch with the correct person to contact by calling us at 214-438-1600 or emailing info@thenestinghouse.net.

Philadelphia Runner 

If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, with original receipt, within 60 days of purchase. 

For clearance items or items that have signs of wear, we will gladly offer an exchange or issue store credit. Exclusions apply, see a staff member or email sales@philadelphiarunner.com for more information.
